Return Policy: Most orders, unless otherwise specified on our website, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. All Returns must be in like new condition and still in original factory package. All returned packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to the nature of random content inside CCG booster packs and decks, they cannot be returned once they are opened, DVD are only returnable if defective or unopened. Customers are responsible for return shipping and all returns will be reimbursed on receipt once approved. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Return Procedure: Any returns should be sent back to the address on the shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase or a check will be issued. When returning merchandise, be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the return.
